Okuizumo's Pure Soba Ippu-an is located in the center of Okuizumo Town and serves handmade soba noodles made with local ingredients. The biggest feature is that they are particular about flouring in-house, carefully grinding unpolished buckwheat from Okuizumo in a stone mill in the store. This brings out the rich aroma and flavor of the soba to the fullest, allowing you to enjoy flavorful soba noodles. You can enjoy a variety of soba noodles, including the classic "Wariko Soba" and warm "Kamaage Soba," as well as the limited-edition "No no Ka."

In addition to soba noodles, Ippu-an also serves a la carte dishes that make full use of the natural bounty of Okuizumo.
In particular, the "Yuba Soba," which is boldly topped with yuba made from soybeans from Okuizumo, is an original masterpiece that you can't find anywhere else. The interior of the store has a calm atmosphere.
