It is an observatory overlooking the Sea of Japan and the coastline of the beautiful Anegahama beach.

There is a promenade and if the weather is good, a pleasant breeze blows and feels good. It takes about 10 minutes on foot from the parking lot. I think it's a good date spot for couples.
