This is a city library that opened in 2017 and is directly connected to JR Takahashi Station.

It is also famous for having Tsutaya Bookstore and Starbucks in collaboration with the private sector.

There is also a tourist information center on the 2nd floor, so it is a good place to stop by when sightseeing in Takahashi City.
