138 Tower Park is an arch-shaped observation tower with a height of 138 meters located in Kiso Mikawa National Park.

In the park, there are facilities such as a rose stream, a flower garden, and a lawn square. At the Rose Stream, you can enjoy seasonal roses, and at the flower garden, you can enjoy seasonal flowers such as cosmos and kochia.

You can take a leisurely stroll or take a break on the lawn square.
There is also a fluffy dome where children can play.
