The spring quality is a simple alkaline hot spring that is gentle on the skin and is said to be effective for neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, and sensitivity to cold.

There are two types of public baths: a large public bath and an open-air bath. The large public bath is a spacious bathtub where you can enjoy a relaxing bath. In the open-air bath, you can enjoy the hot spring while watching the nature of the four seasons.

On the opposite side of the road is the Roadside Station Hida Kanayama Nukumori no Sato Onsen.
