It is a soba restaurant that has won one star in the Michelin Guide, which is overwhelmingly popular in Gero.

Using only small grains of buckwheat grown in Okuhida and parts of Nagano Prefecture, everything from milling to making the soba is done in-house using only hand-turned stone mills and sieves. Soba noodles with excellent sweetness.
