Wadachigusa is a locally popular udon restaurant located in Asakita Ward, Hiroshima City.

The specialty of Wadachigusa is ground flour udon. The chewy udon noodles are made with locally grown flour grown by the owner, and the more you bite into them, the more flavorful they become, and they pair perfectly with the soup stock.

In addition to udon noodles made with ground flour, a variety of other dishes are also available, including kakiage udon, tempura udon, and curry udon.
