This is a popular Toyohira hand-made soba restaurant located in Kitahiroshima-cho in the mountains.

Kobori's specialty is mori soba. The chewy soba noodles are well coated with the strong soup stock, making it an exquisite dish.

We also have a wide variety of menu items other than soba, such as tempura and inaka-ni.

Kobori is one of the most popular restaurants in Hiroshima Prefecture, and it's not unusual for there to be long lines.

Open only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
