Talmary is a popular bakery that uses homemade yeast produced in Chizu.

We also use local vegetables for our side dish bread, and make bread that takes advantage of Chizu's rich natural environment.
There used to be a store in Katsuyama, Maniwa City, Okayama Prefecture, but it seems they have moved here.
