Yamasan Ramen is a popular ramen shop located in Moriyama City, Shiga Prefecture.

Yamasan Ramen's ramen is characterized by its rich soup with plenty of back fat.

The soup is based on chicken bones and pork bones, with plenty of back fat, giving it a perfect balance of richness and flavor.

In addition, we use medium-thick straight noodles, which mix well with the soup and have a satisfying texture.

The chashu is made from pork belly and is soft and juicy.
