By the way, there is also a Western-style liquor cake from "Mikami Kan'eido" in nearby Mitsugi City, which is also said to be the original. It's not clear which one is the original. Both cakes are full of liquor, but "Kunihitoya" cake is known for having a stronger taste of alcohol.
