SOL BAKERY is a bakery run by Shigetomi Tomoko, winner of the 5th Bakery Japan Cup Cooked Bread Division in 2023. The store stocks 80 to 100 types of bread every day, with the signature "Gyoza Bread" (Tuesdays only) selling out immediately after opening. The domestic wheat and homemade yeast used for each dough brings out the flavor of the ingredients.

In addition to the standard sliced ​​bread, croissants, and seasonal breads, popular items include "Adult Cream Bread" and "Spicy Curry Bread with Soft-boiled Egg". There are also about 30 types of drinks (coffee and soft drinks) available, which can be eaten on the wooden deck or benches outside the store. You can enjoy the rural scenery of Satosho along with freshly baked bread.
