This is a rare theme park that reproduces the lifestyle of Kibi Kogen in the Kamakura/Muromachi period.

There are buildings that reproduce farmhouses, mansions, castle lord's mansions, watchtowers, and mountain castles.

It is also famous as a filming location for period dramas such as the Taiga drama Musashi and the movie Azumi 2.

There are many things that reproduce or preserve the Edo period, but those that reproduce farming villages in the Kamakura and Muromachi periods are rare.

Bisei Astronomical Observatory is located on the adjacent site.
