Uwajima Castle is one of Japan's top 100 castles, and has an existing castle tower.

Uwajima Castle was built on Mt. Shiroyama at an altitude of 73 meters, and you can overlook the Uwa Sea from the castle tower.
It is also famous for the fact that Hidemune, the eldest son of Date Masamune, entered the castle and built the castle tower and castle town.
