The Aichi Prefectural Children's Center is an experiential facility where children can use their five senses to play and learn freely. It's perfect for rainy days, and is packed with unique play equipment and programs that foster creativity.
Aichi Prefectural Children's Center is a large children's facility located in Nagakute City, where the aim is for children to play, learn and grow independently. Although it is an indoor facility, it has a space that feels like a huge play base, and is full of unique play equipment that can be used with the whole body, such as the "Challenge Tower" in the center of the building, net play equipment, ball pool, climbing wall, etc. There are many mechanisms that stimulate children's curiosity and inquisitiveness, and they can find ways to play with free imagination. It is especially popular as a rainy day outing spot because it can be enjoyed regardless of the weather.

In addition to play areas, the facility also offers various learning opportunities such as an atelier where you can do creative activities, a library where you can read picture books freely, and a corner where you can experience science. Specialized staff are on-site to support children's play and plan and implement various workshops and events. There are many programs that foster children's creativity and expressiveness, such as crafts using recycled materials and art using natural materials. There is also a dedicated space for infants and toddlers, so even small children can play safely.

The Aichi Children's Center is located in the Aichi Expo Memorial Park (Moricoro Park), and you can enjoy the park's vast grounds all day long. After having fun at the center, you can spend the day in a variety of ways, such as having a picnic on the park's lawn or going cycling.

There is a wide variety of play equipment, so you can have fun playing there for half a day.
