Hakata Ramen Nikoichi is a popular tonkotsu Hakata ramen restaurant located in the underground mall in front of Okayama Station.

The characteristic of Nikoichi's ramen is, above all, the soup that condenses the umami of pork bones.

The soup is rich but has a refreshing aftertaste.

Noodles are thin noodles and are often entwined with the soup.
