Their signature "Oniboshi Ramen" offers a wide variety of niboshi ramen, from an ultra-rich "cement-style" ramen characterized by its rich flavor from multiple layers of niboshi, to a light, fragrant clear soup, to aedama (a tossed ball) and limited-edition creative dishes, making it a fun choice. Trendy and artisanal styles coexist, with extra-thick bamboo shoots, low-temperature cooked pork, and the use of flavored oils. New, popular limited-edition menu items, such as "Niboshi vs. Shellfish" and "Kombu Water" dishes, are developed daily.
