Sushi no Hisada, located in Akaiwa City, is a sushi restaurant that opened in 2000 and is famous for not being able to take reservations.
The owner, Kazuo Hisada, trained at an Italian restaurant in Osaka before starting his own restaurant at the age of 23. At the time, it was a house in a quiet residential area of Akaiwa City, and was open only three days a week.

Mr. Hisada serves sushi made with seasonal ingredients from the Seto Inland Sea using creative techniques. In particular, it is characterized by innovative ideas such as mixing cheese and herbs with sushi.

"Sushi no Hisada" has received rave reviews from foodies all over the country, and has been featured on TV and in magazines.

It takes about 30 minutes by car from Okayama Station.
