The Kaneko Misuzu Memorial Museum is a museum dedicated to Mitsuo Kinoshita, a poet who was active in the Taisho and early Showa periods and known for his children's poems.
The Kaneko Misuzu Memorial Museum in Nagato City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, is a facility that introduces the life and work of children's song poet Kaneko Misuzu. Widely known for the verse of her poem "Everyone is different, everyone is good," Kaneko Misuzu left behind many works that depict nature and people with a gentle yet profound perspective.

The memorial museum was built on the site of the Kaneko Bun'eido bookstore where she spent her childhood, and in addition to replicating part of the store, displays include her handwritten manuscripts, favorite items, and a poetry reading corner. Inside the museum, there is a space where you can savor her poetry, providing healing and inspiration to visitors.

There are also walking courses around the area that are associated with Kaneko Misuzu, allowing you to enjoy the quaint streets of Nagato City while experiencing the worldview of her poetry.
