The inside of the castle is free, but there is a charge only inside the castle tower.

The castle tower is not big, but it was rebuilt with wood, so you can feel the atmosphere of that time, such as the steep stairs, so it's worth seeing.

It is one of Japan's 100 famous castles.

There are two free parking lots, the Citizen's Hiroba on the north side and the Marugame Castle Museum on the west side, but there are not many of them, so if they are full, you can use the paid city hall or municipal parking lot.
