Imanishi Sake Brewery continues to carefully brew sake, taking advantage of the area's blessed nature and pure underground water. In particular, their flagship brand, "Mimurasugi," attracts many sake fans with its high quality and rich flavor.

On a tour of the brewery, you can see the sake brewing process up close, experience the world of sake through all five senses, such as washing the sake rice and the aroma of the fermenting mash. In addition, at the directly managed shop, you can purchase rare sake that can only be found here, such as freshly pressed limited edition sake and seasonal limited edition sake.
