A popular creative soba restaurant in Koryo-cho, Nara Prefecture.

Delicious soba made with handmade buckwheat flour.

We use Nara Prefecture's famous water "Yamato Katsuragi mountain underground water".

The handmade soba Hayashi menu has a wide variety, from the standard menu such as Seiro soba and Kake soba to creative soba such as coarsely ground thick country soba and raw flour Seiro soba.
