The simple "zaru soba" is particularly popular, allowing you to enjoy the original flavor of soba, but you can also enjoy hot soba and seasonal soba.

Teuchi Soba Hayashi's menu has a wide variety of soba, from standard dishes such as seiro soba and kake soba, to original dishes such as coarsely ground thick country soba and raw flour seiro soba.

They use the famous water of Nara Prefecture, "underflow water from Yamato Katsuragiyama."
