The beautiful, clear broth is carefully made from carefully selected dried sardines and kelp, and is characterized by its fragrant, light yet deep flavor. In addition to the classic "kake udon," you can enjoy a variety of menus, including "bukkake udon" where you can directly taste the deliciousness of the broth, and seasonal tempura. The freshly fried, crispy tempura goes perfectly with the udon.
