Higashimokoto Shibazakura Park is a magnificent park located in Ozora Town, Abashiri District, Hokkaido, where a vast hilly area of about 100,000 square meters is filled with moss phlox. Every year from early May to early June, the entire park is dyed in a vivid pink color, and it looks like a pink carpet has been laid out, and its beauty is truly overwhelming. Combined with the contrast with the distant mountains and blue sky, it creates a breathtaking view. It is a photogenic spot that cannot be missed in spring tourism in Hokkaido, and many tourists from both Japan and abroad visit it.

Within the park, there is a promenade where you can stroll around the hill where moss phlox blooms, and you can enjoy the beautiful moss phlox from various angles. From the top of the hill, you will be impressed by the scale of the pink world that spreads as far as the eye can see. In addition, the park also has a "moss phlox waterfall", a "moss phlox postbox", and a mini amusement park, so it can be enjoyed by children and adults alike. In particular, the torii gate decorated with pink moss phlox is a popular photo spot.

The Shibazakura Festival, held every year from May 3rd to May 31st, features various events such as lighting up the moss phlox and fireworks displays.

Shibazakura Park also has a campground with auto camping and bungalows.
