Located next to the guesthouse "Ringosha," this restaurant serves authentic Shinshu soba noodles made with locally grown buckwheat flour.

Their signature handmade soba noodles include thin, 100% buckwheat noodles with oshibori soba noodles squeezed with spicy daikon radish, and walnut soba noodles made with walnuts, miso, and sugar. They also offer zaru and kake soba noodles. All soba noodles are made with homemade buckwheat flour, with a smooth texture and aroma in mind.
