Their signature dish, "Tako Tamagoyaki," is an authentic Akashi octopus dish, wrapped in fluffy egg and dipped in a special bonito and kelp broth. They also offer unique tamagoyaki with grilled conger eel, as well as sweet dishes like zenzai and oshiruko.

Takoiso (Annex) is located in the shopping arcade south of the restaurant. (Annex hours: 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM / Closed on Tuesdays)

Akashiyaki, a local dish from Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture, is a dish similar to takoyaki, also known locally as "tamagoyaki." Octopus is placed in a batter made from flour, eggs, and wheat starch, grilled, and then dipped in bonito and kelp broth. It has a high egg content and the addition of starch gives it a fluffy texture.
