The owner grows his own udon wheat, uses no additives, and uses only natural vegetables. The broth, made with pure, local spring water, seeps right into your body. Made with locally grown flour, the chewy noodles become richer with each bite and pair perfectly with the broth.

Their signature dish is "Kurumi Saru Zaru Udon." In addition to a bowl of udon noodles with a rich, fragrant walnut sauce, they also offer classics like soft-boiled egg with soy sauce, shrimp tempura with zaru, and kamaage (deep-fried udon). Their popular lunch sets, which include salad, rice balls, and dessert, are also popular. Their home-grown koshihikari rice balls are also a specialty.
