Yamashita Udon is a popular udon restaurant located in Zentsuji City.

Founded in 1981, it is known as a popular restaurant for bukkake udon, the original Sanuki udon.

Yamashita Udon's bukkake udon is characterized by its chewy udon noodles made with round mochi flour from Kagawa Prefecture. The soup stock is made by slowly simmering sardines from the Seto Inland Sea, giving it a rich flavor.

It is about a 10 minute drive east from Zentsuji.
