This is a long-established Onomichi ramen restaurant that was started by the previous owner as a food stall in Onomichi in 1947.
Their signature "Onomichi Ramen" is a classic style of clear soy sauce broth layered with minced back fat. The noodles and ingredients are beautifully presented in a glossy soup that looks great in photos.

In addition to the Chinese noodles, the Chinese udon is also a popular dish. This specialty combines udon noodles in the same seafood soy sauce broth, and is a dish with many loyal local fans. The gyoza dumplings are also popular as a side dish, and on some days they sell out.
