Using black pork lard, an original blend of frying oil, custom-made breadcrumbs, and black pork from Itoshima, Fukuoka, Kyushu, the pork cutlets are deep-fried at a low temperature until moist and pink in the middle, then tender and crispy. We recommend starting with salt and wasabi to bring out the flavor, and then finishing with sauce and Japanese mustard.

In addition to the classic tonkatsu and fillet cutlet, they also offer a variety of other tonkatsu dishes, including fried shrimp and loin cutlet. Shrimp lovers can add head-on fried shrimp for a luxurious dish.

Set meals come with a small side dish and pork soup, and one free refill of rice is available.

The restaurant is compact, with just over a dozen seats, both at tables and at the counter, and is so popular that there's often a wait right after it opens.
