Gyoza-ya in Furubaba-cho, Takamatsu City, is a small, counter-oriented restaurant. Their signature fried gyoza (dumplings) are wrapped in thin, homemade dough and cooked in one go on a hot plate, resulting in fragrant wings and juicy meat juices. The light flavor of the dumplings, seasoned with vinegar and pepper and homemade chili oil, makes them easy to eat even after a night of udon. They also pair perfectly with beer.

Gyoza-ya's gyoza are thin-skinned and filled with plenty of vegetables. They're crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a hint of garlic that will whet your appetite.

Apart from drinks, the menu consists (almost) of fried gyoza.
