Menya Yuko's ramen is based on traditional Kyoto soy sauce ramen and features a light flavor enhanced with shellfish broth. The housemade noodles are chewy, highlighting the flavor of wheat, and the braised pork is cooked rare, concentrating its umami.

Popular side dishes include the seared rare pork bowl and chicken gyoza, and lunch sets with rice, gyoza, and pork bowl are available. Seasonal menu items, such as limited-edition chilled dishes, are also available on some days.
