Sobasaku is a hidden gem located right in front of JR Tsuyama Line Kanakawa Station. The soup is based on pork bones and layered with seafood stock such as bonito flakes and dried sardines, making it not as heavy as it looks, but has a mellow and deep flavor. The taste, which is low in salt and fat, is popular even with people who don't like pork bone ramen. The noodles are slightly thicker than those used in Okayama ramen, and are straight and go well with the creamy soup. There are two types of pork slices: shoulder loin and belly meat. The loin is seared just before serving, giving it a moist texture.

The current menu consists of two types of ramen: soy sauce ramen and salt ramen. Both have the same soup base and are finished with soy sauce or salt sauce. Adding the grated kelp on the table further enhances the umami and saltiness of the seafood, making it richer in flavor. The great value "half fried rice set" (+300 yen) goes perfectly with the ramen and is popular with regular customers. There are also plenty of side dishes, such as gyoza dumplings, fried chicken, and mini char siu rice bowls, all of which are available for takeaway. The restaurant has 16 seats (8 counter seats and 2 tables with 4 seats each), and the homey atmosphere makes it easy to dine alone.
