Boasting the flavor and firmness that can only be achieved by hand-made noodles, it has attracted many soba connoisseurs.
The owner himself grows buckwheat on the Hiruzen Plateau and grinds, kneads and boils it to provide fragrant soba noodles.

The menu mainly consists of Zaru Soba and Kake Soba, both of which allow you to fully enjoy the flavor of 100% buckwheat (made with buckwheat). The limited-edition 100% buckwheat buckwheat noodles have a particularly strong aroma and firmness, making them extremely popular and sure to sell out. You can enjoy soba to your heart's content while receiving attentive hospitality in a calm restaurant.
