The photo shows Bentenjima seen from the observatory of Sensuijima.

Sensuijima and Bentenjima are far apart and cannot be crossed on foot.

In Sensuijima, in addition to lodgings and sandy beaches, there are many cliffs with strangely shaped rocks.

There is a promenade along the quay, so you can take a leisurely stroll. There is no shade, so you will be sweaty in the hot summer. Late afternoon may be better.

The ferry takes about 5 minutes and the fare is cheap, so you can feel free to go on a cruise.
