Kushida Shrine is a shrine located in Kamikawabata-cho, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City. He is nicknamed "Okushida-san" by the local people of Hakata.
The deities enshrined at Kushida Shrine are Ohata Nushi no Mikoto (Kushida Shrine) in the main hall, Amaterasu no Omikami (Daijingu) in the left hall, and Susanoo no Mikoto (Gion Shrine) in the right hall.

Kushida Shrine has been worshiped by parishioners and worshipers for over 1,260 years as the general guardian of Hakata, and continues to inherit the culture and traditional events of Hakata's townspeople to this day.

The Hakata Gion Yamakasa, which is a nationally designated Important Intangible Folk Cultural Property, is held as a dedication event to the deity of Sujin-no-Omikami in the right hall of Kushida Shrine.
