It is a park located in the center of Japan at 135 degrees longitude and 35 degrees latitude in Nishiwaki City, Hyogo Prefecture.

There is a jumbo slide and a fluffy dome that are recommended for children.

Other parks include the planetarium at the Terra Dome at the Nishiwaki Geoscience Museum, the Okanoyama Tumulus, and the Nishiwaki City Okanoyama Art Museum.
