This is an observation deck located on Pearl Road Seaside Line that offers a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. From a height of 162m above sea level, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Ise-Shima coastline.

On a clear day, you can see the Atsumi Peninsula, Kashishima Island, Daiozaki, and even Mt. Fuji from the observation deck. It is also known as a sunrise spot, and is crowded with visitors who come to watch the first sunrise of the year.

Pearl Road has been free of charge since 2006.
