This is a memorial hall on Shodoshima that introduces the history of Marukin soy sauce and how it is made.
The Marukin Soy Sauce Memorial Museum was built by renovating one of the factories built in the early Taisho era.

The history and manufacturing methods of soy sauce are explained in an easy-to-understand manner using old tools and panels.

We also sell Shodoshima's specialty products.
