Ippuku Miyoshi branch is the Miyoshi branch of Ichifuku, a popular Okuizumo soba restaurant located in Iinan Town, Shimane Prefecture.

Okuizumo Soba Ichifuku is an Izumo soba specialty restaurant located in Iinan Town, Shimane Prefecture.

Founded in 1958, it boasts a history of over 60 years.

Okuizumo Sobadokoro Ichifuku no Soba is characterized by single ground black soba.

Buckwheat flour is made by grinding brown soba (buckwheat seeds with shells on), and only uses a small amount of flour, about 20% of which is used as a binder.
