Kobe City's "Mosaic Ferris Wheel" is a 50m high Ferris wheel located in Kobe Harborland Umie. It was built after the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake in 1995, and has become a familiar symbol of Kobe's recovery.
The characteristic of the mosaic Ferris wheel is its colorful design. The gondolas are painted in five colors: red, blue, yellow, green, and white, and they stand out against the scenery of Kobe Port. In addition, the gondola has a large window where you can enjoy the cityscape of Kobe.

From the mosaic Ferris wheel, you can see not only the view of Kobe Port, but also the cityscape of Kobe, including Mt. Rokko, Kobe Ohashi, and Kobe Port Tower. Also, at night, it is lit up with 120,000 LED bulbs, coloring the night view of Kobe.
