Teshigotoya is a handmade soba restaurant located in Higashinada Ward, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. We moved from Rokkomichi in 2015 and now have a shop near Hanshin Sumiyoshi Station.
What makes Handwork Shop so special is the owner's special handmade soba noodles. The owner is a certified technician by the Japan Soba Association, and serves carefully handmade soba noodles using carefully selected domestic buckwheat flour.

In addition to soba, you can also enjoy dishes using duck and seasonal ingredients at the handicraft shop.
