Koga Ninja Village is an experiential theme park themed on ninjas and the Warring States period, located at the foot of Mount Suzuka in Koga City, Shiga Prefecture. Known as the birthplace of Koga-ryu ninjutsu, this place allows visitors to experience the history and wisdom of ninjas through a realistic ninja experience. The vast grounds are dotted with a real Karakuri mansion, the Koga Ninjutsu Museum, a shuriken dojo, Mizugumo Pond, and a ninja dojo, so everyone from children to adults can have fun pretending to be a ninja all day long.
The greatest attraction of Ninja Village is the many attractions where you can actually experience ninja techniques. Among them, the "Trick Ninja House," which was relocated from a real ninja house, is a must-see. It is full of twists and turns, hidden staircases, pitfalls, and escape routes to protect yourself from enemies and escape, and by experiencing them you can experience the wisdom and ingenuity of ninjas. In addition, at the "Ninjutsu Dojo," you can try nine authentic ninjutsu training exercises (throwing shuriken, water spider techniques, wall climbing, etc.), and those who pass will be awarded the "Menkyo Kaiden no Sho."

At the "Koga Ninjutsu Museum" in the village, a copy of "Mansenshukai," one of the three great secret books, shuriken, firearms, and many other valuable ninja tools are on display, and you can learn about the history and profound world of ninjas. Ninja costumes are also available for rental (for a fee), so you can change into a costume and stroll around the village to enjoy the ninja feeling even more.
