Koibi Tofu Unpaku is a tofu specialty restaurant located in Takahashi City, Okayama Prefecture.
Opened in April 2017, we offer tofu dishes using "Koibi Tofu,'' which uses 100% soybeans from Okayama Prefecture and has a "thick" soy milk concentration, and pursues the deliciousness of soy milk concentration. .

The store name "Unpaku'' combines images of the sea of clouds at Bicchu Matsuyama Castle and the white of tofu, and the pronunciation "shiro'' combines the words "white'' and "castle'' to express something traditional. However, we chose the store name "Kunpaku'' to express it as a new word and to express our commitment to Japanese cuisine.
