Utsubo Park is a city park located in Utsubohonmachi, Nishi Ward, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture.

It is long and narrow, measuring approximately 800m from east to west and 150m from north to south.

The east garden is lined with zelkova trees and has a rose garden, making it an oasis in the heart of the city.
Most of Nishien is now a Utsubo tennis center.
