Gunma Prefectural Observatory is a public observatory located in Nakayama, Takayama Village, Agatsuma District, Gunma Prefecture.
The main building has a solar telescope, an astronomical telescope, a planetarium, and more, where you can learn about the mysteries of the universe through exhibits and explanations. In addition, stargazing parties are held at night, and you can observe stars and planets that are invisible to the naked eye.

Located in the mountains at an altitude of 885m, there is little light pollution, making it an ideal environment for astronomical gazing.
