It is a park at an altitude of 277m near the city of Tokushima.
The view from the top is wonderful, and you can see from the Naruto Strait to the Kii Peninsula.
Especially the night view is wonderful, and there are fences that can be locked with padlocks, so it is a recommended date spot for couples.

Bizan summit parking lot (free) is available at the top of the mountain. There is a charge for parking at the observatory. Bizan Ropeway runs every 15 minutes.
