Ninna-ji Temple

Ninnaji is the head temple of the Omuro sect of Shingon Buddhism, founded in 888.
It is also registered as a World Cultural Heritage of "Historic Monuments of Ancient Kyoto".

In addition to the main hall designated as a national treasure, there are many important cultural properties such as the five-storied pagoda and Niomon gate.

In addition, near the northeast side, there is a famous dry landscape garden, "Ryoan-ji Temple".
