Akame 48 Waterfalls

It is a general term for multiple waterfalls located in a valley in Akame-cho, Nabari City, Mie Prefecture. It has also been selected as one of Japan's top 100 waterfalls.
There is a promenade along the river. Its length is about 4km.

The Akame Shijuhachi Falls come in a variety of shapes and sizes, and their appearance is mysterious and beautiful. Among them, waterfalls such as Fudo Falls, Kannon Falls, and Ryujin Falls are especially popular.
The five Akame waterfalls are Fudo Falls, Senju Falls, Nunobiki Falls, Kadan Falls, and Biwa Falls.

Akame Shijuhachi Falls was also used as a ninja training ground in ancient times. The water from the waterfall is also selected as one of the top 100 famous waters due to its clearness and deliciousness.
