Shiratamaya Eiju's main store is located in Sakurai City, Nara Prefecture, along the oldest road in Japan, Yamanobe no Michi, and is a shop selling the famous "Mimuro Monaka" confectionery with a 180-year history.

Miwa has flourished since ancient times around Ogami Shrine, and Shiratamaya Eiju's Japanese sweets have been nurtured along with that culture and history. Their signature product is the Mimuro Monaka, characterized by its refined sweetness of bean paste. This monaka has been a favorite in the historic Miwa area for many years, and makes a perfect souvenir.

The store is located at the entrance to the Miwa approach to the shrine.
The simple flavor, made with carefully selected ingredients, is what makes it so appealing.

A set with chilled matcha tea served at the store's cafe (saryo) is very popular.
